In the year 2003, the financial landscape of the United Arab Emirates underwent a pivotal transformation. This transformative phase witnessed the rise of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), orchestrated under the leadership of Naser Al Nabulsi as its Chief Executive Officer. Subsequently, the local equity markets surged, thus cementing the UAE's emergence as a preeminent financial hub. This significant development was the catalyst for Naser Al Nabulsi to initiate the founding of Al Mal Capital PSC (\u201cAl Mal\u201d).<\/p>\n
